La Môme restaurant, which opened in May 2015, is the group’s first establishment. In a very short time, it has become an essential landmark for Cannes evenings, it welcomes locals, businessmen and tourists in a chic and relaxed atmosphere. In charge of the kitchen, the Cazalas brothers, Léo and Julian, who work in pairs with the help of about fifteen people (cooks, pastry chefs, divers…). Every evening, La Môme restaurant runs at full speed. “It’s a daily challenge, a source of motivation and a great address! », Explains chef Julian Cazalas.

Whether you are alone or with friends, for an aperitif or a digestif, the head barman, Jonathan Itier, welcomes you with his team to offer you original and very elaborate creations. Exit the traditional Mojito, Gin tonic and other Margarita, here the creativity, the inspiration and the passion of the bartenders are in order. The flagship cocktails of La Môme? The Freshness made from gin, Saint-Germain, rose liqueur, fresh mint leaves, cucumber and Aegean Tonic, the RawBerries with vodka, raspberry puree, lime juice, vanilla syrup, egg white and a surprise a La Môme mix or even the Môme Moineau with champagne, Chambord, raspberry puree and vodka.
